Job summary

The Courville at Manchester, a Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester, NH, is seeking dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants to join our award-winning staff. You will provide direct resident care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients and residents.

Active NH LNA license is required. We offer multiple shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) and full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions with experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NH LNA license.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean and safe, including equipment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures.
