Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and accurate documentation. Must pass background check and have VA certification or experience.

Qualifications

• Current certification or experience as a PCA, NA, HHA, or CNA in Virginia.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in Virginia Beach.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and meet state compliance requirements.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Document care activities accurately and maintain client confidentiality
