Preferred Care at Home is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to serve clients in the Hampton Roads area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for experienced CNAs who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care.

Position Overview

We are actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) throughout the Hampton Roads area for immediate client assignments. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for experienced CNAs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan and agency policies.

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Follow individualized care plans and agency procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA certification appropriate for the position.

• At least one year of caregiving or relevant hands-on care experience.

• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude.

• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.

• Reliable transportation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions.

• Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
