Job summary

North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking compassionate Certified/Licensed Caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, and support seniors to live safely at home.

We value dignity, empathy, and reliable, client-focused service. Candidates should hold an active CNA/HHA certification in Virginia and be prepared to complete background checks and drug screening. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification in Virginia.
• Prior home care or senior care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ADL assistance, safety protocols, and infection control.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.

• Strong knowledge of ADL assistance, safety protocols, and infection control practices
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
