Job summary

DFM Development Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented PCA Inspector to conduct Property Condition Assessments remotely, while residing in the Metro DC area (DC/VA/MD). The role is on an as-needed basis (1099) with less than 30 hours per month, reporting to the Director of Environmental Compliance.

You will perform PCA inspections, prepare high-quality reports, and identify energy efficiency opportunities, working both independently and with EC teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of performing various types of PCA inspections.
• Ability to organize information to run an inspection program.
• Strong report writing and client communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must reside locally in the Metro DC Area (DC/VA/MD)

Responsibilities

• Conducting PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.
• Consulting with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.
• Ensuring timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.
• Ability to identify and evaluate proactive opportunities (e.g., energy efficiency).
