Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Winchester, VA is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support our Assisted Living residents. Join a team that values dignity, respect, and joyful moments.

We offer competitive pay starting at $19.48 up to $24.07 per hour, full-time schedules (2nd shift and PRN all shifts), and benefits including medical, vision & dental coverage, supplemental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a positive, teamwork-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related health care experience.
• Dementia training in Ensemble Program if applicable.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Drug Free Workplace policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bedding, positioning, transfer, mobility, medicinal reminders, and incontinence care.
• Keep proper records of care including resident service plans and documentation of services provided.
• Be familiar with resident service plans and document all services provided.
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Support the programming and operations of the neighborhood.
• Additional duties as assigned per full job description.
