Job summary

Asbury Chandler Estates is seeking a PCA to support residents with daily living activities and safe medication administration. This full-time role offers schedule options including 3pm–11:30pm with a $0.75 shift diff and 11:00pm–7:30am with a $0.50 shift diff, plus a part-time 7am–3:30pm option.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus.
• 1 year experience or training with older adults or in retirement housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed.
• Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing.
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.
