Job summary

Right at Home Lexington is hiring caring caregivers to assist seniors with daily needs, providing companionship and support in the home. Shifts available 8A-8P, 8P-8A, 8A-2P, 2P-8P, and 8A-5P, including Sundays. We offer competitive pay ($14.00–$16.00/hour), paid travel for running errands, 24/7 office support, PPE, online training, and on-the-job coaching.

This is non-medical in-home care. Requirements include high school or GED, competency evaluation, English proficiency, ability to lift 25

Qualifications

• High school degree and/or GED required.
• Competency Evaluation must be completed successfully.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living needs including companionship and care.
• Take clients on walks, social activities, or run errands.
• Prepare home-cooked meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• This role is non-medical and does not include nursing or medical services.

Our shifts(8A-8P; 8P-8A; 8A-2P; 2P-8P and 8A-5P). We currently need Sunday workers, all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living needs offering companionship and care

• Take clients on walks, trips to social events, assistance with hobbies, or to run an errand

• Prepare a home cooked meal (you don't need to be a gourmet chef)

• Perform light housekeeping

• A Caregiver will not provide medical, nursing or skilled services but will be providing personal care. We are non medical.

Requirements:

• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate

• The Caregiver shall have successfully completed a written Competency Evaluation.

• Read, write, speak, and understand English with or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.

• CaregiverCompanion must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must have a current and valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations and carry current car insurance.
