Job summary

Right at Home Upstate SC is seeking kind and dependable caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. You’ll provide compassionate daily living assistance while fostering a warm, respectful home environment.

Responsibilities include companionship, medication reminders, assisting with mobility and errands, and basic meal prep. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with applicable laws.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living needs (bathing, toileting, ambulation).
• Companionship care.
• Medication reminders.
• Take clients on walks, to social events, assist with hobbies, or run errands.
• Prepare a home-cooked meal.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Caregiver will not provide medical, nursing, or skilled services.
