Southern Hearts Homecare is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support clients in daily living activities in the Atlanta area. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping while following each client’s care plan.

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check are essential. Applicants should have prior caregiving experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, a valid driver’s license, and reliable

• Previous Personal Care Assistant or caregiving experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of performing required caregiving duties.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain client dignity.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior.
