Job summary

The role includes imaging and configuring laptops and desktops, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT records. • Prepare systems for deployment and perform hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain IT records and follow security/compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams for smooth delivery.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
