Job summary

A leading technology firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a PC Technology Operations Analyst to support the Windows 11 enterprise migration initiative. The role includes imaging and configuring laptops and desktops, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT records. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Windows imaging and familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune Autopilot. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform imaging/configuration using Intune Autopilot and SCCM.
  • Configure devices with the approved Windows 11 baseline.
  • Upgrade legacy Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.
  • Prepare systems for deployment and perform hardware upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain IT records and follow security/compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for smooth delivery.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.

About the Role:

We are looking for a PC Technology Operations Analyst to support the Windows 11 enterprise migration initiative and ongoing hardware deployment operations. This role involves imaging, configuring, and preparing laptops and desktops for employees while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging/configuration using Intune Autopilot and SCCM.
  • Configure devices with the approved Windows 11 baseline.
  • Upgrade legacy Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.
  • Prepare systems for deployment and perform hardware upgrades.
