Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite at the specified location.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user accounts including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Provides routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
