Horizontal Talent is seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician to support Windows 11 25H2 rollout in Hanover, MD. You will image and configure devices, assist with scheduling and readiness, back up data, and ensure end-user systems run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have SCCM, AD, Intune, and Office knowledge, strong troubleshooting, good communication, and a U.S. citizenship with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SCCM, AD, Intune and Office Suite is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced deployment project.

Bring your technical support skills to a hands‑on project supporting the deployment of Windows 11 25H2. This role offers the opportunity to help users, prepare devices, and keep end‑user technology running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and comply with applicable regulations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues in a structured environment.
• Ability to create and follow process steps and guidelines.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certification.
• Experience imaging and supporting a large computer fleet.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory in a device management environment.
• Consistent communication and a collaborative, service‑focused mindset.
