Job summary

Sawnee EMC is seeking a PC Technician to review PC and network system capabilities, inspect equipment, prioritize repairs, and coordinate help desk activities. The role requires an associate degree and at least three years of LAN/Network design and PC troubleshooting experience, with flexibility for irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

The candidate should have deep knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and MS Office, plus strong communication and remote troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with minimum three years of PC/network experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, MS Office, internet configurations.
• Strong verbal documentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review PC and network system capabilities and schedule repairs.
• Inspect equipment and assist in ordering hardware and software.
• Coordinate help desk activities and monitor system performance.
• Assist with Disaster Recovery Plan and training for end-users.
• Provide updates to manager and users on statuses.
