Job summary

Sawnee EMC seeks a PC Technician to review PC and network capabilities, inspect equipment, and coordinate help desk activities. Requires an associate degree with a minimum of three years' LAN/Network design and PC troubleshooting experience. Full-time with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and strong Windows OS, Office 365, and SCCM expertise.

Responsibilities include system monitoring, maintenance, and collaboration with IT teams to support SEMC members and operations.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years' PC/LAN/WAN experience.
Experience in network design, configuration, installation, and PC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems, modifying PC and network systems and provides training.
Prioritizes, coordinates, and schedules repairs, enhancements, and system improvements.
Assist with Disaster Recovery Plan and maintain software libraries.
Install hardware and peripheral components on user premises and load software packages.
Respond to client inquiries concerning system operation and diagnose problems.
Coordinate training and provide user instruction on equipment, software, and manuals.
