Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Computer Technician to ensure users can perform daily tasks with company technology. You will administer, set up, and maintain desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and printers for multiple business units.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Technology team to install software, document procedures, handle service requests, and uphold security standards while delivering excellent internal customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and clear status updates.
• Understanding of PC technical support, remote communications, LAN/WLAN, operating systems, software installation.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Email troubleshooting skills and expertise (from requirements).
• Strong technology troubleshooting skills to resolve complex PC/Network issues.

Responsibilities

• Track all service requests, assets, and configurations in the service desk system.
• Install and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware for multiple business units.
• Follow procedures for software/hardware installation and configuration.
• Adhere to Corporate Technology policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting end-users and coordinating with departments to resolve issues.
• Update/install software to keep workstations compliant with security standards.
• Asset management of workstations, software, and related documentation.
• Support computing devices, networking, telecommunication, and software used by business units.
