Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Location: ONSITE in Germantown, WI 53022

Duration: 6-month contract-to-permanent

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour (depending on experience)

Interview Process: 2-30-minute interviews on Microsoft Teams

Start: ASAP

Must Have:

• 1-3 years doing work in a hardware lab, demo lab, working computer system repair or working in a PC deployment capacity
• At least one year of experience with PC and MAC hardware and software -- basic troubleshooting and debugging
• Ability to communicate effectively with external clients

Day-to-Day:

This person will be supporting external clients to configure and reimage their devices. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about technology and has experience in imaging, data transfer, documentation, inventory management and hardware installation. You should also be familiar with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. The best candidate is eager to learn, able to multitask well and efficiently, and communicates well with external clients.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
• Consultant Benefits: Group Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, and Flexible Spending Account benefit plans. In addition, consultants have access to 12 FREE mental health sessions per year through Lyra Health. New hires are eligible for benefits on DAY ONE of their contract.
