Job summary

eBryIT, Inc. seeks a W2VHE Computer Technician to support Rosenberg and Houston area projects. The role includes imaging, data migration, troubleshooting computer systems, Chromebook provisioning, and asset tagging in a fast-paced IT environment.

Candidates should have CompTIA A+ and/or an Associates/Bachelors in the computer field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck are required; work will occur at the Rosenberg Config

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification and/or a related associate/bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of business experience as a computer technician.
• Knowledge of graphics software (Corel Draw, Adobe) preferred.
• Ability to drive up to a 26 ft box truck.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and perform a detailed work script accurately.
• Maintain great work ethic, accuracy, and punctuality.
• Ensure reliable transportation to sites.
• Operate MS Office apps (Excel, Word) and related tools.
• Image, migrate data, and troubleshoot computer systems.
• Name computers and join them to a domain.
• Tag assets and report accurately.
• Enroll and provision Chromebooks.
• Connect computers with various configurations and manage wiring.
• Move and deploy equipment from trucks to work sites.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; perform repetitive bending/kneeling as needed.
• Work at Rosenberg Config Center/Warehouse and Houston areas; some travel.

W2VHE Computer Technician.

The selected Computer Technicians will be responsible for assisting with projects in Rosenberg and Houston, TX areas. We are seeking IT professionals with the following skills & qualifications.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Abilities:

• Preferred: Comptia A+ Cert and/or an Associates/Bachelors in the computer field.
• Preferred: 2+ years of business professional experience as a computer technician.
• Added Plus: Working knowledge of graphics software i.e. Corel Draw, Adobe, etc. (create etching templates).
• Added Plus: Ability to Drive up to a 26 foot Box truck.

Skill Sets or Tasks That Will Be Performed:

• Ability to follow directions and comprehend/follow a detailed work script.
• Great work ethic, attention to detail and punctual.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Working Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office Apps.
• Imaging, data migration, troubleshooting of computer systems.
• Naming a computer and joining a computer to a domain.
• Asset Tagging/Reporting.
• Enrolling and provisioning Chromebooks.
• Connect computers correctly with different configurations.
• Wiring and/or Assembly of Chromebook or mobile charging carts.
• Cable management.
• Ability to unload the delivery truck and deploy equipment as needed at worksite.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. several times during a work day.
• Able to stoop, bend and kneel repetitively during a work day.
• Carrying/lifting/unloading boxes, removing equipment from boxes, and installation trash removal.
• Work out of the Rosenberg Config Center/Warehouse and Houston surrounding areas.
• Work on occasional out of town projects.

ASAP - Summer 2027 Possibly Longer.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Location:

Rosenberg, TX & Houston (Local candidates only).

REQUIRED To clear the following:

• NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND B/G CHECK.
• DRUG SCREEN.
• Good MVR record over last 3 years.
• Valid Drivers license and State minimum auto insurance.
