TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support / PC Technician to provide on-site technical assistance in a manufacturing setting in Casa Grande, AZ. The role focuses on keeping production and office systems operational, supporting desktops, printers, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.

The position is contract and fully onsite, with a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and hardware imaging, ready to support

Qualificações

• On-site desktop support experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory user management.
• Experience with printers, printers' drivers, and basic network connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals end-to-end.
• Experience imaging and deploying hardware and managing device imaging processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals across the facility.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and production-line computers.
• Support end users with PCs, phones, printers, and mobile RF devices.
• Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network devices, and servers.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts.
• Assist with network troubleshooting including routers, switches, and APs.
• Re-image and deploy computers as required.
• Support industrial printers and manufacturing-related technology.
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and e-waste processes.
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned.

Job Description

Desktop Support / PC Technician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ - ONSITE | Contract | Fully Onsite | $25–$28/hr | Entry/Mid-Level

Position Summary

Provide on-site technical support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production and office systems remain operational. Support desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and manufacturing hardware while minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 workstations and production-line computers.

• Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network devices, and servers.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Climb ladders up to 20–25 feet to access wireless access points and infrastructure.
• Navigate catwalks and mezzanines while carrying replacement hardware and equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
