firstPRO, Inc. is seeking 10+ PC Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh across multiple healthcare facilities in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

You will replace thin clients with desktop PCs, install and configure peripherals, and verify end-user readiness. Ideal candidates have troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of IT support, desktop support, or hardware deployment experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with desktop computers, hardware, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Must have documentation of an updated flu vaccination for the current flu season.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous IT support or hardware deployment experience within a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Experience with PC refreshes, hardware installations, or large-scale deployment projects.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
• 10+ positions available across Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, the Poconos, Scranton, and Stroudsburg.
• Three-month contract beginning November 30, 2026.
• $25/hour with overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for eligible work-related travel.
