CAE Simuflite, part of SIMCOM by CAE, seeks a PC-12 NGX Instructor to deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses. You will tailor instruction to each learner, track progress, and provide actionable feedback through briefs and debriefs.

The role emphasizes safety, effective communication, and adherence to CAE standards. Relevant FAA certificates and flight hours underpin the qualifications for this full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate required.
• CFI or CFII rating required.
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
• Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training.
• Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Evaluate customer progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning objectives.
