Pilot Assessments seeks a capable EMS pilot based in Farmington, NM, to operate a PC‑12 for air ambulance missions. You will manage flight safety, plan missions, and ensure compliance with FARs, AIM, and company procedures while collaborating with medical teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, thorough preflight checks, and precise documentation, with a mission‑first mindset and strong CRM and communication skills to serve EMS partners and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM, communication, and customer‑service skills with a collaborative, mission‑first mindset.
• Associate degree (or equivalent) plus 2–5 years of related experience/training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed‑wing aircraft safely and legally under IFR.
• Complete preflight inspections and aircraft walk‑arounds.
• Sign the Daily Flight Log to verify airworthiness and documentation.
• Exercise final authority over aircraft operations and safety.
• Familiar with assigned and backup aircraft and medical interiors.
• Conduct detailed flight planning, often on short notice.
• Comply with FARs, AIM, GOM, and company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with EMS partners and hospitals.
• Participate in meetings, projects, committees, and outreach.
