Job summary

Pomona-Valley-Hospital-Medical-Center is seeking a PBX Operator to manage the main switchboard, answer emergency lines, and support paging and radio monitoring. You will train new PBX Operator candidates, monitor alarms, and perform related duties as assigned.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service experience, with multi-line handling preferred. Availability across all shifts (days/evenings/nights) is required, and eligible employees who work qualifying weekend

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: multi-line answering experience.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.32hourly.Salary will be commensurate with experience.
