Responsibilities

• Call Handling: promptly answers, screens, and transfers calls.

• Alarm Monitoring: monitors fire panels and alerts for proper response teams.
• Overhead Paging: operates public address system for announcements.
• Information Desk Support: greets visitors and gives directions.
