Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from in-house guests promptly and courteously.
  • Manage wakeup call requests and set them up as needed.
  • Handle all outgoing and incoming calls within three rings.
  • Check stationary supplies and request replenishments from FOM.
  • Assist the Front Desk during peak times and cover breaks.
  • Update guest profiles and communicate via welcome texts.
  • Monitor the Front Desk email and forward inquiries appropriately.
  • Read daily communication logs and updates.
  • Enter maintenance work orders into COBA.
  • Manage guest and interdepartmental messages efficiently.
  • Support the reservations team with lead creation from calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.
  • Primarily sedentary with periods of standing and walking.
Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems like OPERA or OnQ is a plus.
