Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Behavior Clinician to support individuals with ASD, IDD, and mental health needs. The role emphasizes individualized, evidence-based services across settings including homes, schools, and community sites.

You will work with both children and adults, delivering positive programming and non-aversive strategies to build skills and independence while maintaining flexible, clinician-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention.
• 2+ years with developmental disabilities or behaviourally challenged population.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicate progress with supervisors, family, and guardians.
• Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home/work/community visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure Behavior Intervention Plans are implemented effectively.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Train staff on Behavior Intervention Plan and documentation sheets.
• Provide follow-up visits and observations for continued support.
• Maintain strong clinical records for information accessibility.
• Liaise with public and mental health communities to support goals.
• Develop procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Continue education on behaviorally based interventions to stay current.
