Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required for service locations.
• Experience coordinating program delivery and staff supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
