Truveris is seeking a Procurement Director to lead clients through the full PBM RFP process, from data collection to vendor evaluation and final recommendation. You will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a transparent, high-quality PBM sourcing experience and help develop the analytics team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare consulting, or benefits analytics.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple RFPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data findings to a business audience.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead clients through the full PBM RFP process, including data intake, requirements definition, vendor communications, and evaluation of proposals.
• Coach and manage PBM bids with procurement analysts
• Analyze RFP submissions and PBM pricing to identify cost savings opportunities
• Prepare and deliver client-facing reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and with high quality
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Operations to enhance RFP tools and processes
• Maintain accurate project documentation in PM systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM contracting and market trends
