Job summary

Liviniti, LLC is seeking a PBM Data Analyst I to transform pharmacy and healthcare data into actionable insights that improve program performance, operating efficiency, cost management, and patient outcomes.

You will work with SQL Server, Snowflake, and BI tools to build reports, dashboards, and analytics; apply AI-enabled techniques; and uphold governance and data quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data reporting/analytics in healthcare or PBM.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) and APIs.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Domo).
• Python or R for data prep and analysis.
• Understanding of AI-enabled analytics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze PBM/claims data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools for leadership and clients.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics and forecasting to support decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and HIPAA compliance across outputs.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams to implement analytics solutions.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
