• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide management on various consulting engagements.
• Conduct project planning and evaluate operational performance.
• Provide oversight of work plan functions, due dates, and preparation of deliverables.
• Develop a system of quality controls and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with professional standards.
• Develop subject matter expertise and engagement tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues on team and practice management.
• Represent the firm at conferences and industry events.
• Establish, develop, and monitor client relationships.
