Myers and Stauffer LC is seeking a senior engagement lead in Owings Mills, MD to manage and deliver health care consulting engagements for government programs. The role emphasizes project planning, quality controls, and staff development to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing work plans, monitoring compliance with standards, and developing tools and resources. Travel may be required to support engagements and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and staff at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask with planning and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide management on various consulting engagements.
• Conduct project planning and evaluate operational performance.
• Provide oversight of work plan functions, due dates, and preparation of deliverables.
• Develop a system of quality controls and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with professional standards.
• Develop subject matter expertise.
• Develop engagement tools, resources, and reference materials.
• Analyze and report industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues on team, contract, and practice area management.
• Provide support and contribute to other engagements and teams.
• Cultivate new opportunities and/or services.
• Represent the firm at conferences, workshops, and other industry events.
• Establish, develop, and monitor client relationships.
