Job summary

Judi Health, a leading health technology company, seeks an Account Manager, PBM to manage client benefit requests, eligibility changes, and new implementations for self-insured employers and health plans. The role supports implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, aligned with strategic goals.

You will partner with CAM and AE, lead QA and testing, analyze requests, and coordinate data inputs across teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of proven PBM/health plan experience.
• Excellent relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client benefit requests, eligibility changes, and implementations.
• Lead end-to-end client lifecycle from implementation to renewal on a designated book of business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate plan documentation and system configurations.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites as needed.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to NPS scores.
