Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• 1+ year of PBM/health plan experience or benefits consulting.
• Strong internal/external relationship building and collaboration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of clients and account management teams to ensure top-tier service levels.
• Assist with day-to-day client requirements and implementations.
• Process benefit requests, eligibility changes, overrides, and new implementations.
• Analyze client requests and coordinate with internal/external teams to finalize plan documents.
• Support pricing, networks, and new plan implementations in line with strategy.
• Participate in pre- and post-implementation QA to ensure coding accuracy.
• Address sponsor and member issues and escalate as needed.
• Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries.
• Coordinate data inputs into client management processes and cross-functional operations.
