Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator, PBM to support large and jumbo commercial clients in the health system, employer, labor/union, and public sectors. You will partner with account teams to enhance client satisfaction and day-to-day tasks.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and their members, while building strong relationships, navigating healthcare trends, and driving process improvements. Hybrid work with offices in NYC, Denver, and Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent with strong academic record.
• 1+ years in PBM/health plan or benefits consulting.
• Experience building trusted client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse clients and account teams to ensure top-tier service.
• Assist with implementation and daily client requirements.
• Process benefit changes and eligibility updates accurately.
• Review client requests and coordinate plan documentation.
• Support new plan implementation, pricing, and networks.
• Participate in QA and testing for coding accuracy.
• Resolve sponsor and member issues and escalate when needed.
• Research claims processing and system configuration inquiries.
