Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• 5+ years of PBM/health plan/benefits consulting experience.
• Proven ability to build trusting internal and external relationships.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to manage a high-profile limited client book.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead escalation management and relationship development for clients.
• Manage a limited, high-profile client book.
• Run regular team meetings to align goals and address challenges.
• Mentor team members to enhance PBM service delivery.
• Handle escalations and provide strategic guidance.
• Serve as primary contact for key clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Support client onboarding with implementation teams.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations and conflicts.
• Stay updated on PBM industry trends and regulations.
• Implement process improvements to improve service delivery.
• Develop job aids, policies, and SOPs for the team.
• Adhere to Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.
