Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a results-driven Account Coordinator, PBM to support the PBM Commercial account teams with large and jumbo commercial clients in health system, employer, labor/union, and public sectors. You will partner with account teams to enhance client satisfaction and help with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of PBM/health plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support PBM Commercial account teams for large and jumbo clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client and member needs.
• Process client benefit changes, eligibility updates, and override requests.
• Assist with new plan implementations and pricing analyses.
• Participate in QA and testing to validate coding accuracy.
• Address sponsor and member issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate data inputs into client management processes.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
