Job summary

Qualifications

• Current USD116 licensed staff member with proven positive behavioral expertise.
• Specialist staff member preferred (i.e., psychologist, social worker, resource teacher).
• Proven commitment to establishing a positive school climate through PBIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the school’s Tier 2/Tier 3 PBIS team.
• Coordinate MTSS meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and minutes.
• Update Tier 2/Tier 3 Tracking Tool monthly with the team.
• Use Tracking Tool data to adjust interventions and goals in Panorama.
• Facilitate professional development on PBIS practices for staff.
