Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington, is seeking a Payroll and Workforce Management Systems Analyst to serve as the technical and functional expert for payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, labor management, and related enterprise systems.

You will own system administration, configuration, reporting, analytics, integrations, testing, and continuous optimization while partnering with Payroll, Human Resources, IT, and vendors to support compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum three years of payroll and workforce management systems experience.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, analytics, testing, troubleshooting, and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize payroll and workforce management systems.
• Develop and maintain payroll, productivity, workforce management, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead testing for upgrades, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with IT, Payroll, HR, vendors, and operations for system improvements.
