Qualifications

• Minimum three years of payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with integrated payroll and workforce management systems.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Manage timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and payroll adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide training and support to employees and leaders.
