Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to own the configuration and ongoing optimization of Time & Attendance and Global Payroll platforms. You will be the SME, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and MSP to ensure accuracy, compliance, integrations, and continuous improvement.

You will lead system enhancements, support production processing, and provide training and documentation to users across HR, Payroll, and Finance, while maintaining SOX control adherence and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, IS, or finance.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise Payroll and/or Workforce Management systems.
• Experience configuring, releases, integrations, and vendor collaboration.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, data controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with MSPs or outsourced payroll models.

Responsibilities

• Administer Payroll and WFM systems, configurations, workflows, and security roles.
• Manage integrations with HR, benefits, finance systems; troubleshoot data flows.
• Develop reports and dashboards for HR, Payroll, Finance leadership.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, and implementations.
• Support SOX controls, access governance, and audit readiness.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
