Job summary

EnerSys is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and related systems. You will lead technical projects, drive process improvements, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and optimized functionality.

The role involves production support, implementations, releases, data analytics, and integrations using SAP CPI and OData APIs, with a focus on SOX/GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience supporting HRIS for large, global organizations (10,000+ employees).
• Strong project management and change management experience.
