BKF is a multi-service infrastructure firm with offices in California, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond. BKF’s Finance & Accounting team seeks a Payroll Administrator to own critical payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accounting functions.

The role blends payroll processing, labor compliance, and financial analysis in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment. The position requires an associate degree and 3–5 years of payroll experience, with proficiency in Deltek

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3–5 years payroll experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vision and UKG/UltiPro payroll systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Administer payroll processes using UKG/Ultipro.
• Maintain employee data in Deltek Vision.
• Audit timesheets for accuracy and overtime.
• Process payroll data, calculate premiums and taxes.
• Prepare payroll journals and monthly financial analysis.
• Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, and status changes.
• Ensure compliance with union payroll and labor regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and assist with audits.
