CampusPoint is seeking a Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist to join our Bothell, WA team. You will manage daily time records, run discrepancy reports, and ensure accurate Kronos processing for payroll. Experience with union contracts is highly valued in this role.

The position is office-based with regular collaboration across locations, handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong detail orientation and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or reviewing time records and payroll-related data.
• Experience in a union environment and reading or applying collective bargaining agreements is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review high volumes of timekeeping information and identify errors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee time records by reviewing, entering, and correcting hours for accuracy.
• Run reports to identify missing or incorrect hours and resolve discrepancies with supervision.
• Maintain accurate Kronos records and review changes before payroll submission.
• Review union contract provisions when validating hours and related requirements.
• Prepare accurate information for payroll and respond to employee questions about hours and time records.
