Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Payroll Technology Leader to own the vision, roadmap, and investments for Payroll, Time & Labor solutions including UKG. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver secure, scalable systems that drive business value.

You will lead a team of product owners and analysts, govern budgets, and manage vendor relationships to align technology with strategic goals. This role is based in the United States with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years leading complex payroll technology programs.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with UKG/Kronos payroll, workforce management, and timekeeping solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and champion the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Payroll, Time & Labor solutions (including UKG).
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with enterprise IT strategy.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories for Agile teams.
