Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Payroll Technology Leader to define and own the vision for Payroll, Time & Labor solutions, including UKG. You will partner with HR, Finance and IT to set strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver secure, scalable software that drives business performance.

You will lead a team of product owners and analysts, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure governance and continuous improvement across Payroll platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading complex payroll tech programs.
• 3+ years people leadership experience.
• 2+ years hands-on UKG/Kronos payroll experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and investment strategy.
• Own backlog and prioritize with enterprise IT.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features and user stories.
• Establish and manage product release, enhancement, and continuous improvement processes.
• Define product KPIs and drive data-informed decisions to maximize value.
• Partner with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders to align technology with goals.
• Lead and develop a team of product owners, analysts, and engineers.
• Oversee governance, budgets and vendor relationships.
