Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Payroll Technology Leader to maximize the value of the Payroll, Time & Labor portfolio, including UKG. You will serve as Product Owner and IT business partner for Payroll, HR, and Finance, defining the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy to align with business goals.

You will lead a team, govern budgets and vendor relationships, and drive governance, security, and modernisation across Payroll, Time & Labor platforms, delivering scalable solutions and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading complex payroll technology programs.
• 3+ years people leadership experience.
• 2+ years hands-on UKG/Kronos payroll, workforce management, and timekeeping experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for Payroll, Time & Labor solutions, including UKG.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and translate objectives into epics and user stories.
• Lead governance, funding, vendor relationships, and operational excellence.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT leadership to drive initiatives.
• Build and lead a team of product owners, analysts, and engineers.
