Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking a Payroll Technical Analyst to translate business needs into payroll solutions using Workday. You will partner with cross-functional teams to document requirements, lead UAT, and drive process improvements across payroll operations.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll technology, solid Workday knowledge, and strong communication to liaise between business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll technology.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday payroll required.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills liaising between stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver payroll solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define problems, document requirements, and ensure alignment with technology teams.
• Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process with test scenarios and results.
• Regularly review payroll processes and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and payroll outcomes to identify risks and opportunities.
