Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a proactive Payroll Tax Accountant to monitor, reconcile, report and pay payroll taxes for multiple clients via MasterTax and UKG Ready. This role focuses on payroll tax compliance, agency notices, and resolving jurisdiction questions, while collaborating with our accounting team for reconciliations.

You will ensure deadlines are met, maintain data integrity, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll tax filings and compliance experience.
• Experience with MasterTax and UKG Ready preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet strict agency deadlines.
• Able to work independently and with the team.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Import daily processed payrolls to MasterTax.
• Set up Tax Service in UKG for new companies and import to MasterTax.
• EFTPS Enrollment for new companies.
• Process daily payments due in MasterTax.
• Quarterly tax returns and payments; review and file W-2s.
• Research and resolve tax issues raised by clients.
• Get tax rates updated for the new year.
• Partner with Account Managers to maintain tax and payroll data in UKG Ready.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve variances in client registers.
