Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of payroll tax experience, especially multi-state filings, with knowledge of Forms 941/940, FUTA, SUTA, and SUI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of payroll tax or payroll accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax filings and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform reconciliations and year-end reporting for payroll taxes.
• Support audit requests and respond to tax notices as needed.
• Maintain payroll tax configurations in coordination with Payroll, HR, and Finance.
