Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of payroll experience with compliance knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Workday is required.
• Knowledge of ADP payroll depositing and reporting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Willingness to handle 1099 depositing and reporting alongside payroll.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll tax depositing, reporting, reconciliation and related compliance.
• Utilize Workday as part of payroll and related processes.
• Support payroll tax depositing and reporting with ADP.
• Assist with 1099 depositing and reporting.
• Support payroll and tax audits with data gathering and responses.
• Respond to tax agency notices with documentation support.
• Communicate analyses and documentation using Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, Finance and HR teams on tax matters.
• Maintain records to support compliance and inquiries.
